Gilden Academy senior, Aoife (EE-fa) Desmond, has reporting in her blood. When resident rich heiress, Frenchie Fitzgerald, disappears right before announcing the winner of the Green Light scholarship, Aoife sees her chance for a career-making story. What she doesn’t realize is someone else is on the case too—Jess Clark, Frenchie’s reclusive roommate. Aoife and Jess must begrudgingly work together to solve the mystery.
Along the way they will interrogate fellow classmates: gamer girl JackofCrows99, boyfriend Patrick, and naturalist guru Aspen Pine. With new insight into the case, Aoife will have to decide, will she choose to finally earn her mother’s ellusive approval? Or should she believe Cassidy, her roommate/self-appointed life coach, when she says it’s courageous to be vulnerable?
Come along with Aoife and Jess as they delve into past scandals, create new ones, and maybe even (in Aoife’s case) learn to accept that reporters can have friends, not just sources.

Assistant Director – Kings High School
“It’s been so much fun seeing these characters come to life and how everyone interprets the scenes! Everyone is doing an amazing job and my favorite part about the show is how real everyone is—none of the characters are necessarily good or evil, but having parts of both in them, just like real people!”
